About the Programme

What if you could empower your students with a lasting understanding about their wellbeing that could support them through the challenges that lie ahead?

All humans are innately resilient. At iheart, we believe we have everything we need inside. This conviction lies at the core of the iheart learning and offers our young people great hope and confidence. As a result, we have helped over 15,000 young people to access their innate wellbeing and potential on their journey to becoming resilient, contributing members of society.

Our 9-12 programme is delivered across 11 dynamic sessions using interactive classroom activities to drive discussion and gain understanding, so that children of all capabilities can come to learn and understand how they can thrive, whatever their challenges.

We challenge students to use their scientific minds to prove iheart’s concepts for themselves. Learning is stimulated through engaging animations and videos, participating in group activities and discussions, and self-reflective worksheets, all aimed at discovering:

How the mind creates all of our realities, feeling states, moods and behaviours
Ways to navigate challenges with greater ease and success
The confidence to make positive changes
