Welcome to the RAW Project Isle of Man

Welcome to the RAW Project

We are a Resilience and Wellbeing Project that provides evidence-based wellbeing programmes, workshops and training to build resilient children, young people, families and communities.

Our Vision

Our vision is to establish a ‘whole Island’ approach to resilience, so that children, young people, families and communities can learn to uncover their innate wellbeing and potential to become resilient, contributing members of society.

The mental health crisis is getting worse, not better.

Huge attention and resources have been placed on the mental health crisis in recent years.

Yet, the crisis is getting worse, not better.

Why is that? How is it that despite all this effort, many solutions do not seem to be working?

Answer: Too much information and not enough implementation

The Raw Project

iheart’s mission is to help people uncover their innate resilience.

Delivering a range of innovative, highly impactful programmes – both in-person and digitally – in schools, businesses and organisations, and directly to leaders, employees, parents, educators, children, youth workers and facilitators.

We are committed to making a positive impact.

Our programmes are all about teaching positive mental health strategies to prevent mental-ill health and build young people’s capacity to deal with adversity.

The research is clear; the more positive emotion you experience, the more resilient you will be.

However, Resilience isn’t reserved for a select few who naturally adapt well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or other significant sources of stress. Everyone can become more resilient to stress of all kinds.
